How does it work?

With the Qmatic queuing system device you can monitor queue progress remotely reducing social contact. This mobile ticket is a browser-based solution that is as easy as scanning a QR code. By posting the QR code on your front door you make it possible for visitors to take their ticket without even entering your premises. A visitor may then wait in, for example, his or her car, comfortably monitoring queue progress. That way, a visitor can wait until just before their number is up before entering the waiting area. It’s that easy.

This handy feature allows your concierge to keep a safe distance and an empty waiting area while greeting and serving visitors. This functionality can be accessed from a mobile or tablet – making it even easier to have staff greeting and serving visitors without them having to approach a reception.

Messaging Services – touch-free distribution of tick

For visitors that check-in with Concierge, there is an option to provide a mobile phone number for getting a text message with a link to a mobile ticket. Alternatively, visitors can take a mobile ticket without even entering your premises. All you have to do is post a QR code on your entrance door, for visitors to scan using a smartphone.

Connect Agent – no need for a counter

Connect agent is an app that gives a smartphone or tablet functionality for being both a counter and a sign for calling visitors. This makes staff completely mobile, making it easy for them to even leave premises and call visitors waiting outside. It also eliminates the need for service by a counter, which means that your staff can either provide service immediately or guide the visitor directly to the appropriate service area. Should you prefer a standard counter solution that is available as an option instead.

Operations Panel & Qmatic Insights – real-time information and reporting

One of the benefits with a mobile ticket is that visitors can stay in line but leave your waiting area. The downside of this is that you cannot easily judge how long queues you have. With Operations Panel enabled you get real-time status at a glance, allowing you to match staffing with several visitors. Included in the package is also Qmatic Insights.
